Women are the pillars of any society, especially in developing countries. By investing in their skills and education, we invest in stronger families, healthier communities, and a better future.

Women’s Literacy Empowerment Program

The OVC Center is launching a new program to teach women to read and write in Koka. The nine-month program offers literacy lessons. The program aims to strengthen women's self-confidence, help them better support their children's education, and open doors to new opportunities. It also encourages the next generation of girls to learn to read and write. Those who would like to support this initiative can make a donation through the Desta Foundation, satting "women literacy."
